3D – Geometrical Shape

For this activity students will be learning about geometrical shapes, 3D geometrical shapes and about the components of 3D – geometrical shapes (faces, edges, vertices).

During the lesson, the students were divided into several groups. The teacher explained about several types of 3D – geometrical shape. Each of the group were given 3D – geometrical shapes and take a turn to exchange the shapes. Each of the group will observe the component of each 3D – geometrical shapes (faces, edges, vertices). Lastly, the groups were asked to identify the objects around them (by pictures) and identify the shape of the object which will be written in a group report.
